Your order will ship within 1-10 days after purchase is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

All items are photographed in bright, natural light and are as true to colour as possible. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions about a specific item or would like to see more photos. 

Due to the handmade and preloved nature of these rugs, there will be imperfections and flaws that are not considered defects.
